Refund policy

At MicroMotors customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. MicroMotors takes great pride in maintaining excellent customer service. MicroMotors will replace your product free of charge if your product has a manufacturing defect that is covered under warranty.

Products that have been in clinical use CANNOT be returned for credit.

Please check your invoice date: We will accept returns of unused products in their original protective packaging within 30 days of the invoice date. No refunds will be issued for returns made after 30 days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns require prior authorization. Contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#).

The RA# must appear clearly on the exterior of the package being returned, or the shipment may be rejected and returned to the sender.

Packages received without prior authorization are not the responsibility of MicroMotors and may be refused upon delivery.

Please be sure to ship your item using insured, traceable delivery services such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other carriers.

The sender is responsible for proper packaging and all return shipping costs to MicroMotors.

Please allow up to 2-4 business days (excluding transit time) for processing warranty exchanges or repairs.

Returned items must be properly cleaned and sterilized prior to shipment.
