Warranty Policy

MicroMotors warrants its surgical products such as main control box and foot-pedal against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase of the new products. This warranty is not transferable.

Surgical handpieces, motors, and angles are warranted for one (1) year under the same conditions.

Lab micro motor sets and Nail E-File sets are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase of the new products. This warranty is not transferable. Micro motor handpieces are warranted for six (6) months under the same conditions.

Accessory components have no warranty.

In the event of an alleged defect under warranty, the purchaser must notify MicroMotors Customer Service Department promptly. Customer Service will provide instructions, usually directing that the product be returned for service.

Accidental misuse, improper installation, or failure to perform required maintenance voids the warranty.

The warranty is no longer in effect if the purchased product is used, a floor model, or refurbished; or if the product has been altered or modified in any way (including but not limited to attempted repair without authorization from MicroMotors and/or alteration or removal of the serial number).
